【騰訊財(cái)經(jīng)】IMF宣布,將人民幣納入SDR貨幣籃子

國際貨幣基金(IMF)宣布，將人民幣納入SDR(特別提款權(quán))貨幣籃子，2016年10月1日正式生效，成為可以自由使用的貨幣(freely usable currency)。人民幣的權(quán)重為10.92%，超過日元和英鎊，日元的權(quán)重為8.33%;英鎊的權(quán)重為8.09%。

國際貨幣基金組織執(zhí)行董事會(huì)完成特別提款權(quán)審議，同意人民幣加入特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子

The Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) today completed the regular five-yearly review of the basket of currencies that make up the Special Drawing Right (SDR). A key focus of the Board review was whether the Chinese renminbi (RMB) met the existing criteria to be included in the basket.

國際貨幣基金組織(基金組織)執(zhí)行董事會(huì)今天完成了五年一度的特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子組成的審議工作。此次執(zhí)董會(huì)審議的一個(gè)主要焦點(diǎn)是人民幣是否符合現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，從而可以被納入特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子。

The Board today decided that the RMB met all existing criteria and, effective October 1, 2016 the RMB is determined to be a freely usable currency and will be included in the SDR basket as a fifth currency, along with the U.S. dollar, the euro, the Japanese yen and the British pound. Launching the new SDR basket on October 1, 2016 will provide sufficient lead time for the Fund, its members and other SDR users to adjust to these changes.

執(zhí)董會(huì)決定認(rèn)為，人民幣符合所有現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，自2016年10月1日起，人民幣被認(rèn)定為可自由使用貨幣，并將作為第五種貨幣，與美元、歐元、日元和英鎊，一道構(gòu)成特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子。為確保基金組織、基金組織成員及其它特別提款權(quán)使用方有充足時(shí)間進(jìn)行調(diào)整以適應(yīng)新的變化，新的貨幣籃子將于2016年10月1日正式生效。

At the conclusion of the meeting, Ms. Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of the IMF, stated:

“The Executive Board's decision to include the RMB in the SDR basket is an important milestone in the integration of the Chinese economy into the global financial system. It is also a recognition of the progress that the Chinese authorities have made in the past years in reforming China’s monetary and financial systems.

“執(zhí)董會(huì)關(guān)于將人民幣納入特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子的決定是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)融入全球金融體系的一個(gè)重要里程碑。它是對(duì)中國當(dāng)局在過去多年來在改革其貨幣和金融體系方面取得的成就的認(rèn)可。

The continuation and deepening of these efforts will bring about a more robust international monetary and financial system, which in turn will support the growth and stability of China and the global economy.”

The value of the SDR will be based on a weighted average of the values of the basket of currencies comprising the U.S. dollar, euro, the Chinese renminbi, Japanese yen, and British pound. The inclusion of the RMB will enhance the attractiveness of the SDR by diversifying the basket and making it more representative of the world’s major currencies.

特別提款權(quán)的價(jià)值將由包括美元、歐元、人民幣、日元和英鎊在內(nèi)的籃子貨幣的加權(quán)平均值決定。人民幣納入特別提款權(quán)貨幣籃子將使得貨幣籃子多元化和更能代表全球主要貨幣，從而有助于提高特別提款權(quán)作為儲(chǔ)備資產(chǎn)的吸引力。

The SDR interest rate will continue to be determined as a weighted average of the interest rates on short-term financial instruments in the markets of the currencies in the SDR basket. Authorities of all currencies represented in the SDR basket, which now includes the Chinese authorities, are expected to maintain a policy framework that facilitates operations for the IMF, its membership and other SDR users in their currencies. The paper presented to the Board will be released soon.

特別提款權(quán)的利率將繼續(xù)由特別提款權(quán)籃子貨幣的貨幣市場(chǎng)短期金融工具利率的加權(quán)平均值確定。特別提款權(quán)籃子中所有貨幣的發(fā)行國的當(dāng)局(目前也包括中國當(dāng)局)都應(yīng)維持能便利基金組織及其成員國和特別提款權(quán)的其他使用方以其貨幣開展業(yè)務(wù)操作的政策框架。執(zhí)董會(huì)討論的文件將于近期散發(fā)。(以上為聲明)

What are the new weights of each currency in the SDR basket?

在SDR籃子中，每種貨幣新的權(quán)重是多少?

Under the formula,the reepective weights of the SDR currencies are:41.73% for the U.S.dollar;30.93% for euro;10.92% for the Chinese renminbi; 8.33% for the Japanese yen;and 8.09% for the pound sterling.This basket of currencies will take effect on October 1,2016.

在新的SDR籃子構(gòu)成中，各個(gè)貨幣的權(quán)重如下：美元的權(quán)重為41.73%;歐元的權(quán)重為30.93%;人民幣的權(quán)重為10.92%;日元的權(quán)重為8.33%;英鎊的權(quán)重為8.09%。新的貨幣籃子將在2016年10月1日生效。
