貼面防磁不銹鋼保管箱技術(shù)說明

1。門板采用10mm高硬化防磁鋁合金和1mmSUS304不銹鋼防磁板經(jīng)進(jìn)口鐳 

射機(jī)切割，精密壓制而成。  1. The door plate adopts highly hardening antimagnetic aluminium alloy of 10mm and SUS304 stainless    steel antimagnetic plate of 1mm, and it is cut by import laser machine and made through accurate pressing.

2。每一箱門配有特制號碼牌，美觀，鮮明易于辨認(rèn)和更換，箱號可以酒店或 

者銀行指定順序編列。2. Each door of the box is equipped with specialized number plate, elegant and bright, easy for recognition and replacement. The box number can be compiled according to the assigned sequence by the hotel or bank.

3。鉸鏈為高硬化鋁合金制成，表面經(jīng)特殊氧化，耐蝕處理，具有內(nèi)部閉鎖功

能，可防止由外面撬開。3. The hinge is made of highly hardening aluminium alloy and the surface is treated through special oxygenation and anticorrosion. It has internal interlock function to prevent unclenching from outside. 

4。保管箱為外鉸鏈型，每扇門可開180度便于拿取。4. The safe-deposit box is of external hinge type, and each door is able to be opened for 180 degrees for easy taking

5。保管箱外框及隔板前緣，采用高硬化鋁合金制成，特殊表面耐蝕處理，美

觀大方。5. The safe-deposit box external frame and separating plate front edge is made of highly hardening aluminum alloy, and the surface is specially treatment through anticorrosion, and it is elegant. 

6。鎖具采用國防通用美國UL標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鎖，雙鎖頭，主客同時開啟，在主鑰匙未

插入之前，客鑰匙無法插入，以保證安全，門開著時客鑰匙無法拔出，以 防鑰匙丟失。6. The lockset adopts American UL standard lock generally used for national defense. It has dual locks and the main and subsidiary locks open at the same time. Before the inserting of main key, the subsidiary key is not able to insert in order to ensure safety. The subsidiary key is not able to be drawn out to prevent the key from losing. 

7。保管箱箱體采用2mm優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板經(jīng)各類模具沖壓成型，表面經(jīng)除銹，

去油，磷化等九道工序后噴塑處理。7. The safety-deposit box body adopts high quality cold rolled steel plate of 2mm and it is stamped out by many kinds of mold. The surface is under nine procedures of de-rusting, de-oiling, and phosphorization, etc, after which it is spray-painted

8。保管箱每一個門內(nèi)均附有一個內(nèi)盒，采用0.5mm優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板沖壓制成，

表面整體噴塑處理。8. Inside each door of the safety-deposit box is attached with one internal box which is stamped out from high quality cold rolled steel plate of 0.5mm, and the whole surface is spray-painted. 

9。保管箱箱體四周包覆不銹鋼裝飾板，采用1mmSUS304不銹鋼板壓制而成。9. The safety-deposit box body is covered with stainless steel decoration plate around which is pressed from SUS304 stainless steel of 1mm.

10。采用模組式箱體，可依酒店銀行要求箱體比率調(diào)整，安裝迅速。10. It adopts modular type box body and it is able to be adjusted according to the box body rate required by hotels and banks, and the installation is very fast.
