三輪，前面一個(gè)后面兩個(gè)；前輪動(dòng)力傳輸；混合動(dòng)力，速度為20公里/小時(shí)以下時(shí)使用約2kW的電機(jī)，行駛速度達(dá)到20公里/小時(shí)以上時(shí)使用內(nèi)燃引擎250-500 ccm，25kW。長(zhǎng)期生產(chǎn)引擎，一個(gè)座位的機(jī)動(dòng)車輛可以載一人或多人；耗油預(yù)測(cè)：2 – 3 l/100公里，重400千克；最大速度130km/h；多功能方向盤取代腳踏板；駕駛室的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)注意護(hù)欄結(jié)構(gòu)，達(dá)到安全等級(jí)要求。

2. 形式和目標(biāo)群體

主要針對(duì)16-35歲的交通主力人群（學(xué)生、大學(xué)生和上班族），為他們提供餐廳、匹薩店、快遞公司、船運(yùn)公司；針對(duì)女士提供減壓的場(chǎng)所和配套設(shè)施；為殘疾人提供殘疾人車輛綠色通道。

Project Brief 1.Technical specification:
three wheel with one wheel in front and two in rear; front wheel power transmission; drive – a hybrid unit – up to 20 km/h the vehicle is driven by an electrical motor about 2 kW, above the 20 km/h velocity the vehicle is driven by a internal combustion engine 250 – 500ccm, 25kW. The engines taken from serially produced; one-seated vehicle with a possibility of transporting of one more person; predicted fuel consumption - up to 2 – 3 l/100km; weight - up to 400kg;maximum speed 130km/h; multi-functional steering wheel instead of gas and breaks pedals; cockpit's construction based on spatial piped framework, which provides a high safety level

Version for people form 16 to 35 years old for comuting purposes (schools, universities, work), for caterers, pizza bars, courier companies, shipping companies; version for women – the elimination of stress factors connected wit propper shoes or parking spaces; version for handicapped people with legs' disfunctions or without legs, the olny vehicle in the world which a handicapped person will be able to drive into directly on a wheel chair and continue the driving

Prorotype constructions, testing and certifications of approval about 10 milion PLN; prototype construction – 7 mln - EU subsidy; 3 mln - own input; the construction of a factory – 140 mln - EU subsidy; 60 mln – bank loans
